ATOD Development Corporation is the community development corporation sponsoring the Invest in a Life project. The mission of this non-profit corporation is to help those in the surrounding urban communities to become productive members of society. Desparate Measures

Desparate Times calls for desparate measures. The church has been broken into more than 20 times in the last 4 years. The most recent break in was Monday (October 17, 2011) night when vandals stripped the lights and electrical wiring from the ceiling. Pipes, sinks and toilets were ripped from the walls. What's worse is they set the church on fire. We are requesting the help of anyone who is willing to donate to assist in rebuilding this church to become the staple point of this community.

All of us need help. We seem to present a facade of self sufficiency, but the reality is we are children wondering how to make it through our tough struggles day to day. We are hoping that the community itself can participate in the restoration but it must begin with you. Sometimes outside help is the spark that will bring people together.
